Processing Times
- Custom Junk Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- Custom Orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery due to the personalized nature of these items.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Riri’s Junk is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated shipping timeframes, Riri’s Junk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Riri’s Junk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
