Return & Refund Policy
At Riri’s Junk, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item, size, color, or model
- Incorrect information provided at checkout
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
A refund or replacement will only be considered if an error was made on our end, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving an item that differs from what was ordered due to our mistake
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Riri’s Junk reserves the right to deny any refund, return, exchange, or replacement request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
